Summer Program
The curriculum at the ICS mixes free-spirited activities with lessons in Reading, Mathematics, Science, History, French, Spanish, Geography, Good Manners, Physical Activities, and other basic early childhood educational components. ICS offers one of the best reading, spelling and math programs for children of ages 3 to age 6. Students who are enrolled from age 3 and remain a student here until age 6 usually leave with reading levels far beyond grade 4 and grade 5.
In addition to our excellence in Education,we also promote the lost art of handwriting.Most of our students’ handwriting has been rated better than most staff members and parents.
ICS operates from 8:30am to 3:30pm, offering parents flexible scheduling with a before care from 8:00am-8:30am and an after-school care from 3:30pm to 5:30pm, in a safe, secure environment. As you may have gathered from your reading that we are not known as a babysitting service - children are challenged with new concepts on a daily basis.
Admission
Program Selection / Preschool - Pre-Kindergarten-Kindergarten to First Grade:
The table below outlines the program choices subject to availability, however, we suggest that if you choose the two or three day program try to choose consecutive days for your child’s best interest. Our school year begins in the month of September and ends in the month of June. We also enroll throughout the year based on availability.
ICS offers a “Summer Club Program” for the month of July (see below). Our calendar year tends to follow the South Burlington District Calendar except for Columbus Day and Martin Luther King’s Day and President’s Day. *1) Enrollment and Supply: $200.00-Yearly/Homework/Newsletters/Notices Etc.

*3) Individual Rates: Extra private hourly rate offered*Regardless of the time of the year you enroll the same fees apply.*This tuition is based on a ten month enrollment with a separate Summer Program for the month of July .You are expected to pay for the contracted time enrolled. (See contract) Tuition maybe pay in full or in two equal parts or monthly. As always if tuition is not paid on time by the 1st of each month then a $30.00 late fee for each week until tuition is paid will be added on to the total.
Summer Program: Age Group 3-6Yrs.
We have a Special “Summer Club Language Program” which will begin in July 2011. Due to the overwhelming request of past Parents, we will be setting up 3 weeks of language and sports camp for children..The program will be set up as individual weekly camps to address all students levels ,beginning with "Simple Introduction" to the levels that follow.. Please see enrollment forms to fill out as soon as the new school year begins. Request your Language of interest 1st choice and second choice...
